Step 1

Download the App

Get started by downloading the Teampay app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2

Sign Up and Create Your Profile

Open the app and register using your email address or phone number.

Add your personal details and securely set up your card details for payments.

Step 3

Join Your Team

Use the unique team code provided by your team manager or captain to link your profile to your team in the app.

Step 4

Captain Initiates Payment

Before each game, your team captain selects who will be playing and initiates payment for the team.

Step 5

Approve Payments (If Required)

If your phone is available: You’ll receive a notification showing the amount requested. Review and approve the payment directly in the app, adding an extra layer of security.

If your phone is unavailable: You can securely approve the payment by entering your unique Teampay app transaction PIN on the captain’s device. (This is not your card PIN.)

Step 6

Play Stress-Free

Once payments are confirmed, you’re all set to play. Enjoy the game without needing to carry cash or worry about last-minute payments.

Step 7

Stay Updated

Access your full payment history anytime in the app for transparency. Plus, receive automated reminders about upcoming games or team updates.

Step 8

Organisation Collects the Payment

Payments are sent directly to your sports organisation securely and automatically—no cash handling or manual processing required.
