Yes, you can print your tickets any time and bring them with you to the event for scanning.
Your unique QR code is linked with the number of tickets purchased through your booking. When you scan in at the event, it will allow you to check in the names and tickets you purchased under that booking.
Simply email them a copy of the QR code and they can check in when they arrive. When scanning in, the event staff will ask for their name and check them in under their ticket.
Yes, you can request a refund via email@example.com. All refunds will be subject to Teampay Tickets terms and conditions. Refund requests need to be made at least 24hrs before the event start time.
It can take up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and the money sent back to your bank account.
The event staff will be able to manually search for your tickets via their device. You may be required to provide photo identification and relevant booking details to be granted access.
Yes, all information processed through the Teampay website is encrypted using the highest level of website security. All credit card processing is carried out through our payment gateway Stripe.
