        How do I know the payment is secure?

        At Teampay, we have partnered with Stripe to offer the safest and most secure payment gateway to ensure your money is being delivered to your account. You can view both Teampay and Stripes terms and conditions here.

        Where does the money go?

        The money gets directed into your nominated bank account.

        How long does it take for money to clear?

        The benefit of partnering with Stripe is that the money clears in real time, so you will know payments have been cleared before a team takes the field/court.x

        How do I know when a team has made payment?

        Organisations will have their own personal dashboard with every team registered. As payment is made and cleared, you will be notified on your dashboard that the team has paid and they're ready to take the court/fields.

        What if a player has a dispute with a charge?

        Players are directed to raise any disputed charges with their local organisation administrator.

        What if a game is cancelled and a team has already paid for their fees?

        This is never a fun situation for teams or organisations to deal with. The good news is, your teams have 2 options available to them - Move the money paid to next week's game, or request an easy to process refund through the local organisation administrator.

        Do I need a new merchant account?

        Nope! Teampay provides an end-to-end solution. All moneys are tracked through the Teampay dashboard and funds go directly into your nominated bank account.

        Can I easily issue refund?

        Yes, at the simple click of a button from your admin dashboard.
